And so sorry for your loss sweetie and your family. It shows what a wonderful person your dad was, he taught you all the good things in life and what is important. Especially teaching children, good basic values, and it's obvious that your parents brought you up with lots of love and cuddles and common sense. Stay strong, I have just lost my precious only grown up son, this last Christmas, and my heart goes out to you and your family. Dealing with grief is a long lonely journey, we walk along on our own .my son was only 44 years old, and went to soon, cherish all your happy memories and keep him close in your heart. The pain doesn't go away, but it does ease off, l know this because 16 years ago I lost my first born daughter, and it does ease in time, life goes on and we are still needed, someone has to teach the next generation how to live and learn important lessons in life as my parents and yours did.

You hands down have the best camping videos I have ever seen. I absolutely adore Bruce and was so happy he had found a tiny little friend in this episode. The view points you had shown as well with the drone were incredible and hopefully you can do that same thing when you are in the mountains. Thank you so much for sharing your trips with us. They really do help so many people including myself.

I cried right along with you, Tony, when you spoke of your dad. I felt your emotion in my heart. I think this camping trip was just what you needed, to let that raw emotion flow. Such a beautiful setting for one of the best videos I've seen of yours. Not one thing ( other than the freezer incident, but we'll keep that under wraps 😉 ) went wrong. Thank you for the rain concert; I almost fell asleep listening. Keep feeling better, Tony!

We all go through difficult times in our lives, and it can sometimes feel as though we'll never get back to normal. But we will overcome all the difficulties. I am fairly new to your tribute; I will say I have distant relations in New Zealand which brought my curiosity. I love your show and I adore Bruce!! Every time you turn the camera to see his face looking right at you brings a smile to my face. I also want to thank you for what you do. I was raised camping in the old fashioned day of the 60s and 70s. You have made me love it all over again. And all the new gadgets you show and demonstrate are amazing. Forget the naysayers and keep doing what you do please. And keep giving Bruce his close ups!!

Our Dad’s live on in the million things they taught us. My Dad had a huge box of cables and bits and connectors that I still use over 20 years later. I am often seen disappearing into the shed saying “What have you got that can help me out Dad?” I also have a hammer that my Grandad forged. I used it recently to repair my internet fibre connection box. Grandad would have been very amused to know his hammer was needed to fix the modern tech that let me down lol. This was another great camp Tony and I know the comments are overwhelming, but being able to chill and watch you and Bruce on the other side of the World thanks to the Internet and Grandad’s hammer brings me great peace. Thank you. 👍🏻

Now, the view is amazing, the water sounds relaxing, and I'm working online for the next six hours, US EST time. Thank you so much. Your video will take me through the next couple of hours of pounding on this keyboard. Sooo, ...I'm looking at that 99.3K and will raise a glass of wine to ya at 100K in celebration. I don't smoke cigars, so I'll tell my sis to raise a glass and smoke a cigar for me.

God bless you Tony. Your "cigar chat" really tugged at my heart. I too lost my Dad a year ago and it killed me. Soo this is how February 2022 was for me...I turned 65...yikes...and a week later was diagnosed with rare form of breast cancer...then next week was the 1st anniversary of my Dad passing away. It was all overwhelming and no one really knew the deep heartache I was feeling. Just want you to know I truly understand your sorrow. Do not apologize for your tears...count yourself as being blessed to have had a father that you admired and loved soo deeply. Take all the breaks and time you need to heal..... We are soo glad to have and you and Bruce back. Hugs to you. You are in my prayers daily. 💕💕💕🙏🙏🙏🙏

So glad to see you and Bruce back! What a great camp in my favourite spot to start off with as well 😍 I laughed, cried and relaxed whilst watching 😊 So it’s gone up from 99.8k to 99.9k since i started to watch this today! So I will congratulate you now on the 100k as by the time you read this it probably will be! Look forward to the next trip. Glad you’re feeling better 🙏 Take care

This was a lot of fun to watch, Tony! So glad you and Bruce are able to be back out there to enjoy another adventure. There were 4 stars here, in addition to the obvious 2, in my view. First would be that beautiful location, with the great sound of the crashing waves. Then the really nice tent, which seemed to meet all your expectations for no leaks. Finally , that hunky charging bank and mini grill. So far now from your Tranger with pots liable to fall off and food spilled! I do love that you are able financially to show us the joys of comfort camping! I have watched a couple of your videos in the snow and rain at the “tops” this week. So much to watch this, and to compare them. You have come a long ways, gearwise and in your enjoyment of the camping experience. Glad you are feeling better; we have missed you! Congrats for almost 100,000 subs!❤️🤗. Your NC girl, Harriet

Harriet, I also enjoy luxury car camping. If I had a big truck like Tony's I'd be loading it up with everything I needed to make the camping experience more enjoyable. The air fryer is a brilliant idea. However, it does draw a lot of power. I'm not sure how one would recharge the battery pack for more than an overnight camping experience.

@@markemerson8399 I know, Mark. He uses the best of everything! It’s part of watching his adventures now. I’m not sure how long the battery pack would last with the fridge et al for 2 days. Where would he charge it? 🤪

@@harrietcarr307 It does have a solar input, so unless the campsite has a charging station I guess that would be the only option.

Loving your videos! Getting great ideas for camping season. How do you find such remote spots, like the ones you have to hike hours to? Everywhere you go is so peaceful and beautiful.

Watching the part where you are sharing your feelings about the loss of your Dad, and I think you are incredibly brave to open up so publicly. I personally have lost 5 siblings, including my Twin Brother since November 2018, so I understand your feelings and emotions completely. Thank you for letting us share the moment with you.

Cheers to you Tony! I lost my mom, and dad about 20 years ago,so I can feel your pain. However. I don't mean to bring you down any farther than you are, but I just lost my last dog of 12 years. Her sister 9 months ago, and their mom (My dog) 5 years ago the 25th of March. I cried more for the dogs! You are in a great spot, with a perfect view, and the coolest stuff. I really dig that tent! My thoughts and prayers are for you tonight. I can tell you for for sure..... Time does heal wounds, even Covid! Thank you for sharing!

Cheers Edward Patrick. May you feel his spirit through every camping trip you go on Tony. When you speak of him, I'm always brought to tears. I have lost my rock in life, it does get easier but those deep feelings of loss will overcome you years down the road, just not as often. They are with us in spirit. 💞🌱🌏✌

I'm so sorry for the loss of your dad and that you have had covid twice. My prayers are with you and your family, belated though they are. Looks like a very good man raised a very good man. Give your son, wife and Bruce big hugs for me. Keep on keepin' on. One foot in front of the other. We are part of history, with covid, which will be in the history books. I wonder if people, in the future will even consider the hardships the people who are here now, went through. It wasn't something I thought of when learning about plagues and diseases, such as the Spanish flu. May you get better and stronger each passing day. God bless you and yours always.

I’ve been watching and following your channel for awhile now but I’ve never commented.. I’m such an introvert. I was so touched by this video. Your raw and honest emotion hit me hard. I’ve had the same heartache and hurt since I lost my Mom. She was the one person in this world that loved me unconditionally and I miss her beyond words. I cried with you. I enjoy your cigar talks so much. Your intelligence and point of view is so interesting. I love your camping adventures.. they are beautifully filmed and your co star Bruce is so enjoyable. As long as you keep making videos, I will be here quietly in the background enjoying them. Thank you for all the time and energy that you put into them. They are such an escape for me to an entire different part of the world. It proves to me just how alike we all are ❤️
