Buckwheat galettes are fairly common in the western part of Normandy, France, and apple cider is available everywhere in that region. You did a good job. I also use shredded cheese and sometimes add a pinch of pepper.

家でもガレット作って食べてますが🍴 フランスで丸く焼いた物とか？言うらしいですね 娘が高校生の時にガレット生地を焼いて何枚か冷凍しておくと 好きな具を入れてチーズ入れて食べてました🍴 ガレットにクッキングシート挟んで何枚も焼いて冷凍保存してました 今は娘も嫁に行ってしまったので作ってないなぁ😁 ナスのトマトソース味が1番好きでしたねぇ🍴 今日のゴージャス車中泊は家のお昼ご飯🍴思い出しました✨🍴😁
