Tomato rice just one additional step. Buy mini or cherry tomatoes and fry them first before adding frozen pilaf, add a little bit of butter once tomatoes are lightly charred and breaking into pieces. Then add the pilaf and it will help stop tomatoes from over burning. Mix it well and then continue 😀
