There are a few things to keep in mind when sketching a car in side view. Let's call them guidelines. Sticking to these guidelines will help you get the proportions of the car design right. It will make the car look like a real world car and less of a cartoon style car, which is something I used to have a problem with!
We are using a bic pen and regular paper for this sketch, nothing fancy at all.

I would recommend pencil to sketch, no matter what. Then go over the pencil line in marker when you are happy with it

Zeljko First if you have completed 12th and u have have basic sketching talent you need to do some sketches and make a portfolio then you have designing colleges in bangalore, pune, kanpur etc. You have to select any one clg go to their site there you can download brouchers and fees structures will be sent to you after enquiry, u have to take a entrace exam and will have interviews, then once u get selected your are in. Its an expensive course . If your doing it basic i.e 4 years for the course to complete and one year extra for internship so totally it makes 5 years.
