They're using pressure washer which consumes less water. As for recycling, it's not legally allowed probably for small consumers. In big factories, they do that. Cost of such a system will run into crores.

Apparently, before and after comparision is not fair/reasonable. "Before" part videos have been shot at a different place. The lighting of the studio is the key. All the elegance of car(and the paint) will stand out under appropriate light setups. Good work though!
