The future of vehicle dismantling
Increase profitability by using the VRS to quickly remove higher grade materials such as engine/transmission assemblies, axle/suspension components and copper wiring loom.
The Powerhand VRS is the ultimate combination of power and dexterity. The slender design, plier-like grapple, creates a straight line of sight from the operator to the vehicle, making wire extraction from the tightest of spaces an effortless task.
The VRS is built to work all day, every day.
Maximise profits from ELVs by using Powerhand's VRS car dismantler

I mean if they don't even try to salvage parts, that kinda sucks indeed, if they put it on a scrap yard and nobody came to buy the parts, i mean can you blame them, it's usually not worth it to send old 2nd hand parts across the world unless they are really rare and no longer produced, but these headlights you can still buy on the aftermarket
@VWRGTI

@@MrTurbo_ I'd love to say my opinion from a 3rd world country, what happens is our currency is so weak, taxes are so high, the aftermarket new parts are more expensive than the imported scrap parts like in the video, scrap cars are almost tax free, so you get a decent OEM parts with cheaper prices, we benefit from almost everything, you definitely can't buy a new aftermarket full dashboard or even ac vents for an old car like this.

That's all? I wanted to see it performed on other vehicle types too. That was very cool. Mostly predictable. But there were two things, at least, too tiny for me to see what they were. I was very interested in this, because I've never seen this helping "hand" before. Very cool and a great video. 😎👍

In France its obligatory since 10 or 20 years. And what you see here would not be allowed In France. Here the wheels had been removed previously, but I saw oil jump, and fregerirant liquid . All these polluting liquids must be removed gently before the engine is teared out. Note there are several oil circuits. They probably had emptied the main engine oil reservoir, but I saw clearly the break oil reservoir explode and leak. You also must purge the steering wheel oil, and gear box. Cooling water is the only non polluting liquid ( not to be confused with cooling liquid for air cond ). The man is skilled, but I wonder which country still tolerates spilling all liquids everywhere.

I was looking at another upload a while back. It was mid 70's. We were noting all the cars from the 60's and 70' that are now classics being crushed with what seemed to have nothing much wrong with them. I supose well be looking at these current uploads in 30 years time and wonder at all the classic cars being ripped to bits!

@Michael @6sheds is right...for now, this IS the fastest & best way to separate & sort out all the parts for scrap & recycle. If it was man power, FORGET IT! close up shop!...if it's by mauling the entire thing,...guess who's gonna go through all that mess sorting it all out again?🙎🏻‍♂️ it'll take days maybe weeks just to do all that. Let's enjoy this fancy claw on the excavator for now till we have someone from the University of Recycled Scrap come up with a better idea. Unless you have one to pitch?

Damn the precision of the operator + the force of those hydraulic cylinders, i knew bulldozers have a huuuge force, but i would not have though a second that it would be able to crush an entire car flat just using the hydraulic mount, i thought they'd need to run over the car crushing it under the tracks, but nope, just flattening it using hydraulic power, not even the weight of the machine. That is some crazy force right here
