I’m in the plastics business. Recycled resin is literally HALF the price of virgin resin. Also manufacturing recycled resin from scrap is about 20%-30% cheaper than purchasing recycled resin from the market. Recycling makes sense in the South African market. However if oil and gas is dirt cheap then virgin resin would be cheap and likely kill the recycled material business model?

Travelling to Africa, no one depressed, no one was feeling life was bad for them. But it’s just your persona on the rest of the world and that is why the US feels the rest of the world needs freeing. Your country has mass school shootings as one example of being free, not forgetting working all your life, having police which act above the law and huge medical bills. So much for a free country!

Because you need to mix the trash. Sometimes trucks come with a full load of paint or something wet, you don't wont all of that going into the fire all at once so you spread it out. During the start up or shut down procedure a lot of wood is brought dumped for the crane operator to use. That way you can ensure that as much as possible of the fuel is fully burned up when it finally shuts down.
