The plaintiff dated the defendant. She says she helped the defendant pay for an attorney in a child custody case and his car repairs. He has not reimbursed her in full, so she’s suing. The defendant argues he never offered to pay for the attorney fees. He thinks the plaintiff is suing for more than what he owes for car repairs.
