We give you strategies for financial security, practical answers to questions like “how to grow my investments?”, and effective solutions for wealth building tailored to 'regular' investors just like you.
There’s no doubt that it's a very challenging time right now for the average investor. Above and beyond the recent economic impacts of COVID, the new era of record low interest rates, runaway US debt and US deficits, and trillions of dollars in monetary and fiscal stimulus stimulus has changed the rules of investing by dangerously distorting the Dow index, the S&P 500, and nearly all other asset prices. Can prices keep rising, or is there a painful reckoning ahead?
Let us help you prepare your portfolio just in case the future brings one or more of the following: inflation, deflation, a bull market, a bear market, a market correction, a stock market crash, a real estate bubble, a real estate crash, an economic boom, a recession, a depression, or another global financial crisis.
Put the wisdom from the money & markets experts we feature on Wealthion into action by scheduling a free consultation with Wealthion’s endorsed financial advisors, who will work with you to determine the right next steps for you to take in building your wealth.

Leasing is now and always has been a good deal for the Dealership, it's not good for any retail buyer almost at all.

Dealer model needs to go. Let manufacturers sell direct. States need to get rid of nonsense laws preventing it. So unconstitutional.

Unions get involved and good luck getting your car fixed in less than 6 months. It will end up being cheaper to transport your car to Mexico to get fixed under warranty .

The current system is de centralized. It’s not perfect but if you centralize it everything will be more money. The small town deal will be charging big city prices. And could give two shits about giving you a deal on anything knowing corporate pays the bills not the local customers

@codygreenland9817 Decentralized? The dealers all buy from the manufacturers, mark them up and then resell them to us. I understand that during the last century the manufacturers didn’t have the infrastructure to sell direct to retail customers. We’re not there anymore. I’m not saying to ban dealers but allow manufacturers to sell without the middleman.

Truth is that with internet and combatting dealerships that have nefarious practices, it is way harder for a dealership to negotiate the price down when so many want to raise the prices when you come in.

This is perfect timing. I am going to Naples Florida with 22 yr old daughter to buy a car. Looking at Honda, Toyota and Hyundai used. I have been in contact with dealerships and it is hard to get a price out of them. They want me to come and I am still in Phoenix. They are game players for sure. Thank you for your interview.

Hey, Andrew here, good luck. As I said, I just went through the process. Do you homework online. Pick out a few cars you like at the price you like. I checked out the Carfax reports and inquired with the dealer. When you get to Naples, (which is beautiful by the way) take a look at the cars and make sure you'll be happy with the one you choose. I looked at many CPO cars and bought one for my son I never thought I would but it's perfect for him, in great condition and he's happy. Safe and reliable is what I was looking for. Went with a Honda Civic. I'd say enjoy the process but there is no way to do that. Look at it as a bonding experience with your daughter.

So it's okay for her to make money with cars but she thinks dealerships should give away the profit to customers. I agree that adding fake charges to the advertised price is wrong but there is nothing wrong with selling a new car for MSRP and making a profit. She paints all car dealers with the same brush. I have been selling new Honda cars for 36 years and we only charge MSRP plus tax and license. No made up admin fees or other charges. We also have such a small relative profit that we don't discount unless there is a factory rebate. It costs a lot of money to run a dealership and without a profit you won't last long.

You must work for one of the few honest dealers out there. I have been in the finance office multiple times where they tried to add on over $5k worth of "non-negotiable" add ons.

The discussion about villainized dealerships isn’t one targeted towards what seems to be ones like the dealerships you work for - no one, including myself are complaining about making a profit. But what I do have a problem with is dealerships adding fees and framing them as “required”, negotiating in bad faith, and treating customers differently based on their own personal experience in the car market (ie: bias based on color, sex…etc) - all of which are major problems in the car market today. It may not be all dealerships, but it’s far too many of them.
