All crate block engines (pre built engines) come shipped with oil in to prevent rust and sieze while in storage. You also need to drain this and put in break in oil then once you meet your break in phase that oil is replaced with standard oil.

OK the reason that your new engine came with oil is because.... it's what you call a crate engine meaning that comes fully assembled with oil and fluids (antifreeze,water) that way all you have to do is drop it in hook it and go

uh... no...? Because you're still completing the same timer on each bolt. If each bolt takes 2.5s to remove and you have 5 bolts, you loosen each bolt by 2s, then go through and do the last 0.5s on all 5 bolts you've still spent 12.5s loosening all the bolts same as if you loosened them each one at a time.
