Squirrel - When you are selling junk inventory you can spam left click and enter to sell them quickly. Will save a TON of time later as your inventory fills up.

Using the path test as well as the test track would have revealed more faults. The realey rusty parts are more likely to be damaged. Also you might want to learn how to use the shopping list wile dismantling, Looks like a clip board on the tool wheel, it make it a lot easier to shop rather than keep looking at the inventory.

There has literally been an update fixing bugs for this everyday since release. I'm finally at level 30 now, and when I played last night the Dyno room was still locked out. This game has been pretty rough at the start, but at least Red Dot seems to have a handle on fixing everything that they can as soon as it crops up.

They should make a caliper A and B. B for the rear since it is actually smaller than the front. Also you should have to replace all the brake pads when the caliper fails most times they are bad when that part fails. I know you mentioned in a stream a while back that you have to bleed the system. That would also mean adding brake fluid. That is SOP when replacing the calipers.

Depending on the curvature of the speed bump, giving the bottom of the radiator a whack is not impossible on some cars, they can hang pretty low. And not everyone would bother forking over cash just to fix the plastic at the bottom front that is no doubts in pieces if you hit a speed bump hard enough to break all that..

Technically two of the tool boxes are roll carts that also store tools in real life. Usually the most common tools used in daily repairs are stored in them. Obviously the game does not simulate everything 100% accurately.

Anyone noticed that say when he bought a drive axle c it was only $66 for 1 but for 2 it's $133 could be saving yourself a dollar there squrriel. It happened for other items aswell a extra dollar was added for no reason. Like so he can see.

Auction house at lvl 30, repair body parts at lvl 50, a real struggle to get there :-) Sell junk / sell all has been added If just thet would fix the items bug, duplication and lost items Just save and reload often seems to help And the option to disable that damn auto zoom Was the same issue in CMS 2014 Stay cool and happy fixing :-)

You can actually fix body parts at the workbench before you get to the "fix body parts" ability, so long as you max out the repair tree, which is before level 30. The level 30 Garage will grant you a Welder and interior detail tool kit which you can use to restore car bodies. I don't know what the "repair body parts" extra skill at level 35 means, probably gives you the ability to repair ANY body part, like headlights, tail lights, and body glass, while at earlier repair levels you can only fix metal bodywork.

the rad is right at the front of the car. its bottomed out when the car came down. its common for a radiator to break in this kind of an accident.

The shock from hitting a speed bump too fast can damage the radiator. I remember once I was racing and I landed a jump nose first, the shock load busted my radiator and I was out the race for the 3 days until we could get a new one

Hey Squirrel. I am watching this series and picked up this game in July 2020 mainly because I still have too much stay-home time (Covid). Do you know if there is a way to cancel a job that stumps you - like this one did? The only way I could get out of it was to quit without saving and start a new game. If I saved the game it merely started back with the same job. Starting anew takes all you XP and cash so you start from scratch - which sucks.

Regarding the repairs: your repairing level is too low, on higher laver you can repair a lot of parts including brake calipers.

A radiator can be damaged, if the impact was big enough the fan might lose balance and hit the rad with a fin. This will result in the rad to malform and leak.

Unfortunately, you have to do the jobs until you level up enough to have the full garage at your disposal, and to get enough cash to buy cars outright. The level 3 garage gets you the Paint booth, a welder, and an interior detail kit so that you can finally restore cars.
