I never cheated in CMS. Once you hit around level 20 (just do story mission one after each other) you can make fully rebuild junkyard car or a cheaper barnfind. Barns I collect every junk and repair and sell (make sure to find the case). Junkyard collect anything that is above 16% (red) I sell all for profit After I fix up a rebuild, I salvage the rest. Always try to hit the blue ++ for items that can give you more than 3 points. Around 20,000 salvage points you can 3 star a rebuild. I did one completely and it had over 1050hp.

After level 5 I started building cars I’m level 9 and got 600k and 3 fully built cars that I’m gonna keep
