Own a alto k10 2019 bs4 model.. Have done lucknow Delhi many times... Fairly enough driving on city n highways. Never felt unsafe or bad driving dynamics stability or braking issue. Engine refinement is next level. Tata is good but I am happy with my alto and still counting to many more miles n years or ownership and smile. Cheers to safe driving. 25k kms done so far and built is also good. A traveller hit it in front while reversing but it dint cause any dent. Just number plate got little curve which got rectified easily.

There r many vehicles whose build quality is always below par. The Brands, Suzuki, Hyundai are known for compromises. We saw Kia being very poor in build quality. Same FOR MG Hector. Wish someone makes a detailed video on build quality. You may have airbags, EBS,ABS everything but if build quality is poor nothing can stop impact danger. Unfortunately, we r crazy about features n cost but ready to overlook build quality.

Agree with you Sir, But I own 2019 New santro basic model from it's basic variant it has ABS EBD ,single airbag ,though it has 2 star rating gncap I'm happy with the the build quality, space, never in these days rivals or even upper segments that's 4 cylinder silent Engine, smooth driving and peace of mind (with new car ) and also that was a far better choice than alto800 vxi with same budget.3yr complete happy with my car.1more thing to add sir .. Hyundai's best after sale Service.

My co worker is using celerio zxi automatic from Jan. 2016. Everyday to office driving is highway running of 55km. Completed 120000 km. It includes his 12 hour non stop drive from Coastal area to his home town. What I am suggesting is driving skill , no overspeeding (80-85kmph), and cool head is most essential. Still i hesitate to recommend new celerio.prefer Renault triber automatic

When a big truck hit ur car from back side OR a control less bus hits ur car by front side ..then how about the driving skills u have ??.. Whenever accident cases held between two vehicles, one of them always don't have good driving skills then other one who have skills, what can he do in that situation ??.. So all things are important ..Driving skills, Build quality, Road quality and the most important thing "Luck" ..but we all don't know about our luck, so we have to do maximum as we can for our safer life. So build quality is also very important. You should must buy a better build if u can afford it.. if u can't afford then it's ok

Youre just looking at global ncap and calling things unsafe 😅 All small cars within that budget get lower rating because of the absence of crumple zones. But thousands of people drive these cars for years with no incidents, because they do so carefully. If you get rammed by a truck while in a tiago, you're still gonna get destroyed, and you can hang the 5 ncap stars over the hospital bed 😅 just buy a car which allows you to drive safely, with a clear field of vision, abs, proximity sensors, etc., follow the traffic rules and practice caution. Uske baad, if its your time to go, then good luck. Driving, flying or even cooking comes with risk.

Well Sir I beg to differ on your view's of safe or unsafe cars. I think most of the car buyers do not agree with what you said.If you see the data of 10 Top selling cars of 2022, out of the 5 cars named by you, 3 of them are in that list Usually a minimum of 7 Maruti cars are listed in top 10. For monthly sales. Secondly when you tell us about unsafe care please inform us about how many of them are/were involved in road accidents till date. It's not a disrespect to you it's just my point of view. All car bloggers have a tendency against MARUTI brand inspite of this brand is in India since last 40 yrs and it's market share has not gone ever for less than 38% of the total cars sold whatever may be their so called NCAP ratings.
