Wow well done. I have an old 1984 OPEL REKORD GL Automatic which is in beautiful condition. Still original upholstery and paint. Runs very well and still has original wheel rims. Beautiful car.

in Brazil we do not have this Kadett and here we call Chevrolet Kadet its production begins in 1989, good work done in this classic, congratulations.

Thankyou, interesting to hear about the Chevrolet Kadett. I had heard whispers about them before. They look identical to the Kadett E which followed my generation D so there would be lots of common parts. Engine, gearbox and rear axles are a direct swap.

Superb Video! No other words for it. I must say I personally don't like Opel Kadets but this is one of if not the best restoration video I've ever seen.
