I'm at this crossroad. M-spike is rising quickly after 2 years. I'm going back on rev/dex/&Dara. I have a consult today for Car-t. We just need a few more years so as to know what to do. 😢

How do you know it was the CAR-T? Many people live longer than doctors predict even without any treatment.
