If so, does private security in SA have the legal right to use emergency lights on their vehicle, ignore traffic rules and arrest and detain suspects at gunpoint? This is amazing, often there are suspicious cars loitering in the neighborhoods and most are likely stolen that criminals commit crimes with. Most security companies are eager to apprehend the criminals if the have something on suspected vehicles and not wait for a crime to be committed before acting. If this company can offer the service cpf or security companies to fone in to determine if a car is wanted I believe it will be a game changer in the fight against crime...
