Thanks for sharing this. I am in the market for a new vehicle and was exploring a Highlander. Though I am holding back due to the increased thefts that are occurring in our city. That being said, would this by chance cause any warranty issues down the road in terms of electrical / mechanical? Also is there a similar system for a 2018 BMW SUV or a 2022 Subaru vehicle both with keyless and push start technology? Thanks Jeff!

Thank you for watching, yes the Starline i96 will work on a Highlander, we do a lot of Highlanders and now, the new Grand Highlander. There is support for the other two vehicles you mentioned as well. Vehicle theft is absolutely insane right now in certain places, and spreading in the same volume to many other areas, so adding protection such as the Starline (of other products we carry) is key to keeping your vehicle from being stolen.

Both priducts (Autowatch GHOST II and the Starline i96 CAN) work great against theft, they will keep your vehicle secure in the event of someone trying to steal it. Starline i96 CAN is better if you want to add additional security measures, like wireless relays or hood locks etc., will link a new video about this coming soon. Autowatch GHOST II is better for it's eligibility for insurance discounts, as Autowatch has done a lot of work getting the product certified and recognized by the Insurance boards.
