Thank you for leading the way for all of us Lauren who so desperately just want to be able to show up as our anxious selves without judgement or unhelpful opinions from people who do not understand or can relate to our anxiety levels. I 100% relate to feeling exhausted trying to show up as this happy worry free person. I try so hard to not show how I’m really feeling that I end up feeling even worse. Literally right before I watched this video I had a fake conversation in my head where people ask me “what do you have to be anxious/depressed about?” And I just want to say “Well… I’m super worried I’m going to shit my pants right now” and then I laughed out loud. Like how freeing would that be?

so bloody freeing!!!!! And can I just say how incredible it is to be in this community of supportive and encouraging folk like you. I tried your method today when I was nervous - "who freakin cares?" 😅 Always grateful for you ❤️

Lauren! I am so happy to see your videos pop up again. I've been following your story since I was only 18 and extremely agoraphobic at the time. I am now 22 and still getting used to the recovered life like you! It's great to normalize still having set backs, and not fighting against them. I don't even label them as a negative anymore, I have accepted that anxiety will come and go throughout my life, I'm just gonna do what I want anyways! Also congratulations, I am so excited for you with this pregnancy! Totally understandable that it's bringing up fears due to the way you felt during your last pregnancy. Just remember, you successfully moved through that difficult time of your life, and you will always be able to do it again. ❤

Thank you for this video. This is a great reminder for me. I always want to present myself as this happy, cheerful, unanxious person. Which ironically makes me more anxious. But when I remind myself to let myself show the world the anxious me, I start to feel a little better. And mornings are so hard for me too. Especially when you don't get a lot of sleep. I always stress out about getting enough sleep because I know it makes my anxiety worse. So when I can't get to sleep I start getting anxious about that. It's a vicious circle. But I just need to take it one day at a time.

I’ve been following for a long time as an agoraphobic with severe anxiety and panic because you honestly give me so much hope! I lost my dad in February on top of a lot of other things and found out Im pregnant soon after so I’ve been really stressed and having such a hard time. I really appreciate your videos and I hope you know how absolutely amazing you are! Any advice you have for me would be greatly appreciated 🖤

Oh Cassie, I'm so sorry for your loss. I cant imagine how devastating that must be. I hope everything is going ok with your pregnancy so far? How are you managing with your appointments and such??

@@LaurenRose. so far it’s been ok besides my anxiety being really high. I’m only about 8 weeks. I’ve had one appointment and I made it but haven’t been able to get out since and my next is further away so I’m worried about that. It’s been pretty rough mentally.
