In case there a second time, all you need to do is to get big cello tape, the carton color type. Tape it all over the front rolled up window on the driver's side leaving a strand or two free and then pull with all your effort downwards and the window will open for you to reach inside and open the bonnet or bumper . Meanwhile, sorry for the inconvenience and frustration.

Inside your Car Remote Key Fob, there's an actual key inside it, you could do that as well. Unless the key fob itself was missing
