Car with Lock Symbol Warning Light Blinking on Dashboard (My explanation why it is on)

In this video I will explain why the car with lock symbol warning light is blinking and showing up on your car dashboard. (I will explain the meaning)
To summarize it, basically the warning light is a security light. When it is on, that means security is activated and the vehicle cannot start until security is turned off or deactivated.

I removed my pcm trucks brains and bought a brand new one as my stock one kept triggering anti theft.. That shit is dangerous and terrible to deal with time and place depending ect. My alarm and locks all work just fine but I disabled my passlock anti theft from keeping me unable to start and drive my truck whenever I please. Sent computer to get flashed and tuned 100% would do it again.

So I have a 2004 Saturn Vue and she will not crank when this light is on. I used to be able to do the battery method but it has been disconnected for a week and it will not work. My key is worn down I got a new key. Still not working. My gauges will not jump up. I replaced the battery cables. All these things I've done helped temporary but when this light is on she won't start. It's driving me absolutely insane. I've been told it's a computer problem I need a emc or pcm or something like that. I have a Saturn so parts are not easy to find.
