I discovered this band a few months ago and they've quickly become one of my favourites. The orchestrations are extremely well-composed and I have never heard a band within the black metal genere so unique that still stays true and musically passionate. Truly amazing composers. Can anyone help? I'm new to Carach Angren and I really wanted to like them. I do love this song, but i was just listening to the Death Came Through a Phantom Ship album and some of their stuff doesn't appeal to me as much. I get their whole storytelling idea, but sometimes it doesn't seem to rhythmically agree with the music, if you know what I mean. Any one know any more songs by them that are like this one in that it sounds more poetically metered?
