I went From Newcastle too Dubbo last Jan and back, as a passenger in the back seat fully loved the Traiblazer for comfort,quietness,good performance, and averaged 8 litres touring with so much luggage also.id by one just for the best air con was so quiet.

What a silly comment on the boot. Sticking a bottle of water in boot and making statement that the boot is full. All 7 seaters have roughly the same amount of space including the Everest at $77000. For the price I would buy the trailblazer.

It's really an excellent vehicle and the best 7-seater for the price in Thailand. Unfortunately I've found Diesel engines make me feel ill after 15 minutes of driving so I'm limited to the overpriced Fortuner as it has a petrol engine option

You are likely to be a super fast driver. You would not familiar with diesel characteristic that get high torque at low rpm but unlike gasoline engine that get high torque at high rpm. So diesel engine is good for cruising and towing but gasoline engine is good for passing.

I feel like this is a downgrade from the 05 trailblazer I have and I don't even really want to consider it as the same series. Of course in America it's a Chevrolet and it was it's own new platform technically being a first gen because of the name change.. But it has a naturally low center of gravity engineered from the factory, 275 horse power with the standard vortec 4200 inline 6, and I think it's roomier than the one in this video. There was also a saab and Isuzu release but despite what people have said, I think GM originated the vehicle. The equivalent engine for those variants were called the LL8.. I don't know why. But for the most part I think they are decently reliable vehicles possibly with untapped potential for building on. But hey while I'm fanboying over it essentially I got one as my first vehicle because mom has had hers since 2011 and while it's had to be towed twice over the electrical issues, I've helped work on hers quite a few times so with a full time job it was the convenience of knowing how to fix and diagnose a lot of the problems we've encountered.

I have a trailblazer that is 6 months old it has been back to holden on 8 or more times with induction noise and motor loosing power can not be fixed they are JUNK

Australians get so much cool shit, I wish GM would sell that in the USA, if I was to leave the USA, my first choice of countries to live in would be Australia, I have a great Tallent of replicating accents and impersonations, even just living there would cause my voice and accent to change, I just can't help it lol, i feel I would be very comfortable living there and I really like the people there and the way they do things, living there would almost be like living in my good old home of Texas!

Why would you need suv's like trailblazer , everest , fortuner when you get monster suv's like tahoe escalade , yukon , explorer even for the same price. The trailblazer is just a peanut compared to the american suv's . You should be grateful with the cool cars available in your country

Holden Trailblazer should deserve a 3.6 Alloytec V6 and a 6.2 V8 as sport 4X4 than a same mundane diesel guzzler from Colarado and then export as Buick Roadmaster 4X4 and to beat a boring Captiva.

It is different from captiva in body structure. Captiva body is monocoque structure but trailbrazer is body on frame structure that would be stronger.
