lol. I got my 1st AG doll when I turned 40. My daughter hated dolls which was heartbreaking to me! My dad made me a beautiful chest for my dolls and fortunately I now have a granddaughter that is loving it!

I am an 80s kid so I didn’t habe American Girl dolls, they are super cute tho. Your trunk is really neat, Quinn will cherish that forever. The baby toys subscription thing was cool. I am a preschool aide and everything they sent was so perfect, loved the body parts book. That’s something we work on with our students the entire year and test them on it frequently, so fun! You are a wonderful momma!

Oh my gosh the tiny little clothes!! When I was making a video about a month ago about putting away all of my daughters clothes she had outgrown, I was so shocked to see how tiny all of her preemie stuff is! Hey Cara! I didn't notice you talking quiet at all, so your all good! I loved this video, it was so cute! I absolutely love Loveevery their mission and baby toys. I've wanted to buy their kits for so long now, but Austin says he has enough toys haha! I absolutely love wood toys, they are better for our planet and they last a LOT longer! Leo has a bunch of toys very similar to the ones in the first box and loves them. Such as a wood rattle with a bell, a bunch of silicone tethers, crinkle toy, black and white flash cards and a mirror. He just figured out just the other day how to shake toys now, it's so cute! Do you like the Montessori method? That's the type of teaching and learning we like and the type of school we plan on sending Leo to once he's old enough and the world is better. Leo has such few light up toys, that's the way we like it. All of the light up toys we do have actually came from Austin's mom. I've done lots of research and talked to other moms and it is said that plastic, light up toys can actually delay development in babies. It's so important that they learn how to play with toys on their own first! Anyways, that's enough of that tangent haha, sorry. I absolutely love your outfit! You always dress so cute, I'm just sitting here in sweatpants and a tank as usual. I need to find myself some jeans, but everything fits me so differently after Leo! I also had an American Girl doll. Only one though. I had a custom one that my parents designed to look just like me. I named her Noel and I loved her! Still have her too! I kept so many books, clothes and toys from my childhood in case I had a child one day that would be interested in things that were mine. Maybe Leo will be one day, guess we will have to wait and see! I have a bin of all Leo's NICU stuff too. I always want to cry when I go through it. Such different times! That little blanket baby made me tear up, that is so sweet. So crazy how far our babies have come! Anyways, this comment is far too long. Sending you guys love and I hope you have a good weekend! I had a look at the baby kits when someone else had them, I thought eek a tad expensive, but when I thought about it, if you bought those individually and looking at the quality they'd cost you a fortune! The toys are gorgeous! The cards you get can go in the the back of the long fabric thing, I don't know what to call it haha you mentioned about putting family pictures in it :) I always found it a sad time putting baby clothes away, I bet it took you ages, looking and remembering times Quinn wore every piece of clothing !!! I only have a handful as they have gone a funny colour being in my mums atic for 20 odd years :( If you're going to keep any special one's, wrap them in black acid free tissue paper, I only found this tip out years later GGGRRR lol Miss Quinn certainly has a lots of clothes to choose from lol but you can never have too many can you !!! Yes, it’s so cool!! They sent me these to review but I wasn’t paid to do it. but I would definitely buy them on my own... It’s so nice to just get a bunch of age appropriate things for her all in one package! I’m not cleaning again yet and still don’t know when I’ll be starting again. I just thought of this when you showed her books: have you heard of Imagination Library? If not, it’s an organization that Dolly Parton started and they send free books for your baby from birth to age 5, once a month. Look it up online to see if where you live qualifies you. I just signed my daughter up because where I live was just added to the list of availability :) Her room is so beautiful and calming. I love the rug.
