I used Gala… but any apple will do!! Yes, water bath for 10 minutes! You have to try it- it’s so good!!

It looks like I could probably eat the whole container..lol..I made a caramel apple butter recipe years ago I need to go looking through to find it..I’m bad about being organized I can and can then leave it on the shelves because it’s to pretty or took so long to make that I just keep adding more and more canning goods to my grocery store..l’m weird I know..
