Caramel cake with strawberries - a real, refreshing treat
It's strawberry season, so today I'm sharing an excellent, creamy, and delicious cake. The crust is covered with caramel topping, it needs to stand for several hours so that the crust absorbs everything. You can use both vanilla or caramel puddings, I combined them here.
The cake is light, and the combination of caramel and strawberries is irresistible. Be sure to prepare it while strawberries are in season.
📋 Ingredients:
- Bark:
- 5 egg whites
- 5 spoons of sugar
- 5 spoons of flour
Dressing:
- 150 ml of milk
- 100 g of caramel candies
Cream:
- 700 ml of milk
- 5 egg yolks
- 250 g of sugar
- 1 caramel pudding (40g)
- 1 vanilla pudding (40g)
- 200 g of margarine/butter
- 400 g of strawberries
For decoration:
- 200 g of whipped cream or sweet cream
- a few strawberries
