Always wanted to be able to make my own dough. Just a "smells like home" thing I think. You have a beautiful product in the end and the recipe doesn't seem like it would be to difficult to keep products on hand. Bakers are used to weighing everything, so giving it in weight is a more accepted and accurate measurement anyway. Please be accurate. Thanks.
