Hi Graham, that's got to be a fantastic deal. I really like the idea of the pin bridge. For me being primarily a guitar player I always find changing the stings on a uke a bit of a faff. This would be perfect. It's good to get in early too because you know what the government said, "All Ukuleles should be electric by 2030!!!!"
@EagleUkes3 ай бұрын
@@Reeldin58 ..thanks Rod...I agree about the pin bridge...string change is so much easier...tie bridges are a real pain for those new ( and not so new ) to stringed instruments....I did laugh out loud at you end remark of all Ukes have to be electric by 2030 ..brilliant...👍😊🤣😂🎵🎶💖...and all for £49.99 with a free return to Amazon if you're not keen for any reason....I reckon the accessories nearly add up to what you pay so it's almost like getting a free uke...👍😊🎵🎶💕

Love the review, what great value for an electro acoustic ukulele. I bought a solid mahogany electro acoustic baritone Caramel as my first (and still my only) baritone and have been very pleased with it but please don't tempt me to buy another ukulele 😂 oh well maybe 🤔. Cheers 👋

Graham, Looks like a complete Ukulele starter kit, everything you need to begin your Ukulele journey. Your review is excellent and easy to evaluate the quality of this maker’s instruments. Thank goodness I’m not looking for a new Uke. I did get up to 9 in total, 7 of which were old makes of Banjo Ukuleles but now down to 2, a flight diana soundwave and a kala KA-ASAC-TE-C. (1 high G and 1 low G). Looking forward to this week’s Favourite flavours on a Friday.🎉

@@ramblingsofaretiree4322 ...Hi...thanks for watching and for your great comment....it is a fantastic starter kit but also of a quality for any soprano player to enjoy. I sold off many of my Ukes but still have 10 and a couple of banjoleles...oops...I must admit my " go to " uke is the Aklot Electro Acoustic Tenor Uke which I mostly play and do our many gigs with....thanks for your support it is very much appreciated...👍🤗🎵🎶💖

Thanks Graham. I always enjoy your Reviews. Excuse my ignorance, but when you play not plugged into amp is it just like a regular ukulele or is it amplified by the batteries? It seems incredible value for money. Best wishes.

I do find it difficult to play my soprano sometimes because the head is so much heavier than the body, I have to support the neck w/ my fret hand. Usually it's not a problem, but certain things can be tricky. I have yet to figure out a strap configuration that I like. Interestingly, if I balance mine like you did, it seems just as balanced as that one, but sitting on the side of the body (as it would rest on your leg), it just flops over to the head side.

@@Dave_D. ...thanks as always for your comment Dave....I've had quite a lot of sopranos over the last 20+years and never thought I'd be buying another one to be honest but this one seemed to speak to me from the Amazon pages and with the free return of I didn't like it and the really low price I gave it a go and so glad I did....personally with the size of soprano's being 100% balanced isn't a big issue for me and I don't have any problems playing it...having said that I still prefer my Aklot Electro Acoustic Tenor Uke but this one's giving me a bit of fun and I haven't treated myself to a new uke in quite a while....the pick up is really on it as well and I'm a sucker for built in tuners as I'm always forgetting where I put my tuner down...must be me age....I have fairly small hands so playing is less of a stretch as well....👍🤗🎶🎵😀💕
