they are in the same world, also Frills sister is in Kaguya sama as one of the students. and the Ohsi no ko manga confirms kagyu and miyuki get married. Kaguya becomes a photographer and does a photoshoot with ruby and in the magizine her photo is credited "Shirogane Kaguya"

So there is a Character name Koromo Shiranui in Love is War that I don't know has been introduced yet but was mentioned a couple of times (I don't watch Kaguya Sama Love is War due to a troupe issue), Frill Shiranuini is her younget sister, that character links the two series together being in the same universe besides the manga "I Will Be Your Sweet Today" EDIT: I will say this, if I didn't read Nisekoi, I would have watched and read Kaguya Sama Love is War. Nisekoi has turn me off of the Will They Won't They troupe.

Don't know anything about Nisekoi but Kaguya is the GOAT romcom and is a must watch. Also Frill and the manga aren't the only connections. Spoilers: There's a B-Komachi billboard in the background and Kaguya herself appears in Oshi No Ko.

@hitachiuchihamagicwand2776 Nisekoi is an rom com that started off good but dragged on the will they won't they troupe for 360+ chapters that pissed me off so badly that when I tried Kaguya Sama, I dropped it due to that troupe. I can't stomach a plot point thay drags on in rom com anymore. At the end of Nisekoi, he didn't even chose the promise girl. I'm sure Kaguya sama is good but I can't stand the Will They Won't They troupe if it drags on too long.

Pieyon is Kazeno (the cheer club leader) in Kaguya sama (it was a known theory but the anime kind of confirmed it as they share the same VA).

@ZolDubs they didn't introduce him in this episode. I know they probably ahead but I instinctively avoids speaking future spoiler events.
