The best thing to help remove silicon is dw40. You can also use a AA battery on the speaker wire in the van and you will hear the speaker make a noise as you hold one wire on the (-) and then pulse the other wire on the (+) of the battery.

I notice you said the speakers are splash proof. How do you go when washing your van? I’m just curious as I’m going to do same install in our bus and I just know one day I’ll forget to cover them up in a wash.

Hey Belinda, the speakers are marine grade so they can tolerate water. They just can’t operate underwater. Rain or washing won’t effect them.

So you explained the dual zone but didn't talk about the wiring to control each zone. How do you decide which speakers go in which zone? Is that done in the wiring?

So the wiring harness is split into two zones - marked on the wires. On my setup The inside is wired to zone 1 and outside is zone 2. It’s very straight forward. Thanks for watching

bluetooth, Don't navigate off discoverable till it pairs. if you do, it won't discover it and the radio will switch out of discoverable.
