Hi Dan, A very useful video to suit from the beginner to the old hands like myself. We are right in the middle of trying to decide between another caravan or a motor home as I had an accident and broke my back in three places. We sold our last caravan thinking I wouldn't be able to cope again but I have been doing better and would dearly love to get back out again. It is great to see UK based channels coming onto found both Andrew Ditton and your own channels about two weeks ago I am now up to date on both and have enjoyed every minute of every video on both channels, please keep them coming as quickly as possible lol I know there is a lot of hard graft goes into each video and that takes time. Hi Dan and family. I've been watching your videos for a couple of weeks now and thought it time that I came out of the shadows, subscribed, and said hello! I am between caravans atm - I'm collecting a new one in 10 days' time. Many thanks for keeping my appetite suitably whetted - your videos are exciting and insightful. One cheap and easy way of keeping on top of tyre tread depths is to use a 20 pence coin. The edging around it is 1.6mm deep. Keep up the good work!Andy

Dan, I think the carbon filter in the water line reduces the effectiveness of the puriclean as its carbon granules, best to use an old filter with the carbon taken out to get the full effect, you should change them every year too. Great video with lots of usefull tips..

A very good check list but you didn't mention the spare wheel which should be taken out and examined as well. Another thing to check is the hose and connectors from regulator to gas bottle with a drop of soapy water if you can smell gas or the bottle goes empty over winter if left connected. Keep up the good work !

Hello again, with regards to flushing through with solution can Milton be used in the same way as the powder. Reason i ask is i use Milton for my food van water canisters/carriers which is approved by the local EHO. I probably have answered my own question here but best to hear from the Guru HaHa.....

Hi Shaun, Many do use Milton but here is the deal. Milton really needs a clean surface to work. Hence why its used as a sterilisation fluid on clean apparatus / equipment. Puriclean cleans and sterilises and unlike Milton will not attack stainless steel. I hope that helps. Dan

Paul Talbot a 12 volt battery newly charged can read upto 14.5 volts but will level out after awhile.
