Why haven't you talked about the rear axle weight? You just say to put 40KGs or more into car out of the Van, but from what i can see the rear axle weight was at 1840Kg so only 110Kg to play with on the rear. Add in the leverage effect of weight being transferred from front axle to rear when the rear starts lowering and it could interesting on this setup. Rear axle weight is often the killer on these cars and Vans this big.

Looks like a standard 200 series without a GVM or GCM upgrade. If so with 320 on ball, bullbar, full tank of fuel and 2 adults, this car will be just about at its max weight.

Frt axle is overloaded. 1630 is max on standard. Torsion bars are too tight. Need to load rear more.
