The fossils were amazing, It makes you wonder how the earth has evolved. Snorkeling it's such a different world down there. The marine life is amazing. Just got my sour dough starter out of the fridge after a 12 month sleep, ? how much starter do you use in ratios for bread, pizza etc. Great way to travel work and play. Cheers and thanks Stevo.
