Rajiv Boreilal Carbidschieten (shooting carbide). It's a Dutch new year's eve tradition. You put some calcium carbide in a milk jug, pour some water in it, block it off with a soccerball, poke a hole in the bottom for air intake, wait a little bit for a good air-to-acetylene ratio and light a fire around the hole. The result is what you see here in this video.
