For this specific video I think it was a go pro or a gopro II. we have been using the go pro III but after lots of glitches I am not sure If I would recommend it.

Can you please explain your takeoff flap procedure. Is it speed related or just personal feel? Thanks

I suppose it is speed related in a sense, but in this environment it is by feel since you don't have time to really look anywhere but outside for obstacles, birds, end of bar ect. Additionally it is very weight dependent making set speed somewhat irrelevant.
