Yukky. What bit are you using? Are you using a decent spindle or a aircooled router? Those feathered edges tell me your bit is blunt, probably from not being a carbide bit specifically for fibre composites and your speed being to high and wearing it out within 10 seconds. The super ‘ugly’ tracking tells me your machine is only rated for engraving wood. Do it in 2-3 passes and use a fresh bit with a slightly larger diameter (but not larger than the smallest radius already cut) to run a full depth finishing pass.
