This is by far the most detailed, informative review of the M2K. Also while your camera angle is simple, it is really effective with portraying the physical characteristics of the mouse.

Yeah I’m liking the new angle too. The old top down shot was very easy to use for shape breakdowns and showing different angles, but this one feels more natural and shows much more without me having to explicitly detail it. I’ll have to experiment to see if I can do the same style shape breakdowns on this new angle or if it’ll be too awkward.

The con of the m2k allowing more room for errors is kind of what I'd expect, and even want from a mouse. Ideally, if you were to use a 0g mouse, which you can pretty much imagine as just using your hand, you'd have no tool to rely on to correct or mitigate any errors you make, it's all entirely your fault. That's exactly what I want, a mouse where I can focus more on self improvement, being in more control. While it's surely easier to be dependent on a heavier mouse to make up for any of your precision mistakes in terms of short term results, I prefer the long term goal of improving your hand/finger control to where you're not even making those mistakes to begin with. If that makes sense. So the m2k just keeps sounding like it's more and more for me

im using the same mouse with skypad 2.0 but is very inconsistent, im buying the aq plus galaxy edition for micro control that i belived is the best for this mouse because how light is, but i dont find any way to grab the mouse comfortly since i bought it, like 1 and healf year ago, some recommendations for the mouse? thinking about grip tape aswell, i have the gloossy and my hands are not dry xd
@flux30332 жыл бұрын
Try making ur fingertips more relaxed on the mouse. Also why use a skypad with a 20 gram mouse lmao. Use a control pad no wonder ur performance hasnt been the best w it

@@daemonkisure2952 I’m not a mousepad enthusiast but I found artisan fx zero soft to be good for control. I came from the glorious 3xl which is a good deskmat but I feel it got too muddy too quick while the artisan mouse pad still feels consistent after owning it for about 5 months now. Only bad thing about it (if you want to call it a bad thing, more like nit picky) is that hair and dust particles get caught pretty easily. It won’t effect the performance of the pad but it won’t be visually appealing unless you pluck the hairs out often. It may impact your performance though if your very conscious about the hair and feeling them. I may be making it seems like it’s a big issue but it’s really not Edit: I am not using the m2k with the artisan. I don’t own the mouse yet so take my comment with a grain of salt. I use it with Logitech superlight

Do you think the M2K is the best mouse available to buy performance wise? (if you were to commit to it) I currently own a GPX, but since the shape is so neutral, I'm wanting something that has a more of a shape to it. I've been considering the G303 SE and the M2K, but really I'm not sure what to do. I feel as if I grip the GPX a different way every time I pick it up. Honestly I'd want to use a mouse with the highest skill ceiling possible, even if that means adjusting for a month or two.

It looks like a gimmick I feel. From what I can see the mouse skates are so thin they might sinking into the mouse pad. Also you want your palm to touch the mouse, at least sometimes so that you have 100% grip on it when needed.

Upvoted for that title, nice - what camera mount do you use man? Love your work
@KraftyCraftKraf2 жыл бұрын
For this angle, I just prop my webcam up on top of two mouse boxes stacked together. Then for the top-down shot, I duck tape the camera to a music stand I set up over my keyboard. My setup is shockingly unprofessional.

I have been keeping my eye on that one. It looks pretty interesting but I’m not sure if I’ll ever try it. It’s hard to justify getting a very expensive mouse like that when I don’t see how it could ever be better than the M2K. I do keep looking at it though so maybe I’ll cave in and give it shot.

@@KraftyCraftKraf same here! I love the m2k but want wireless. The new Cyber with orochi v2 internals is so tempting though! :D
