Yes, absolutely you just cannot use a sound hole type pickup it would need to be a bridge style and I would take it to a luthier to work on it as carbon fiber is much different than wood if you need to drill

I’m in the uk 🇬🇧 and the only place I’ve found selling these offer it’s in black/brown & satin/gloss but the price is almost double but I’m guessing that’s mostly shipping charges
