Thanks for the video. Really helped me. The only thing I can't work out is to add a scene to a set list or a song. I use gig mode when playing live and have a list of songs which have their own presets attached. I can add the elements of the scene one by one to a song but thats seems counter intuitive. Any advice. Thanks..

In searching for the most bang [Quality] for the buck in cleaning vinyl, I am now leaning towards a 200 dollar ultrasonic cleaner and then using this Vinyl Vac to vacuum the ultrasonically cleaned record. I'm not sold on the cleaning aspect of the Vinyl Vac for a deeper clean, but Im sure it made your records sound better. Thanks for the vid. I learned a couple things for my own quest to uncover the best cleaning at the best price.

thx for the inspiring, well made video. Only one thing, It would be great to introduce (bridge pickup!) fingering bass playing, as wel as slapping. Personally, I will never use a pick, so your sound demo is useless to me and lots of other bassists.

Your link takes me to a 39inch guitar. Isn't this not full (adult) size electric guitar? Another thing that concerns me - can you tune it well? I tried many cheap guitars and one thing that did disqualify them was sad fact that you just can't tune them and there was just too mych difference (dissonance) in lets say E vs A vs C vs G open chords. Second thing is: does it stay in tune? What about whammy bar - have you tried it?

Does the bridge pickup get a tone control when in position 5 alone? That coil split is a fantastic feature, to be sure.

Hi. I'll admit, I'm way out of my depth here. I'm looking for a solid, well priced unit to begin playing my vinyl collection. I have a small space, so I thought this unit would work - but I need help. I want to make sure the sound is good - but that the unit doesn't damage the vinyl. Is this the one?
@JustoniP5 күн бұрын
IDK man. They really should have put a full sized volume pot in there for that price point. Screams cheap. I would say they just lost a bunch of sales just because they couldn't be bothered to add a real potentiometer for less than a dollar .

Could anyone who has one please accurately measure the E to E string distance at the bridge please? For info the Hush-I is 50mm.

For the next poor soul who stumbles across this fix and only sees felt and no screwhole: You have to kind of press the the tip of the screwdriver "through" the felt. If the RPM suddenly jumps to 60-70 you are touching the actual adjustment screw under the felt. The pressure makes it go haywire, which makes sense because teeny tiny adjustments seem to make a big difference in terms of measurable RPM. Remove the screwdriver and gently stop the spinning plate with your hand, when the plate is up to speed it will turn at to the RPM it's actually on. I discovered this by trial and error on my Denon DP-200 USB and it was consistent. You might have turned the adjustment screw far enough to not notice a change at first, there seems to be a threshold and in that case the plate will spin significantly faster (and yeet your phone across your desk) when the screw is touched, but it will not go lower or higher at first. Just keep going at it in small steps. Remember the mnemonic: righty tighty lefty loosey. Turn to the right -> higher RPM. Turn to the left -> lower RPM. Good luck!

Played one yesterday at GC, I believe priced at $1299. My experience was very similar to what’s demoed in this video. Slim neck great for single note lines, thin sounding chords with poor note separation and very limited warmth. Cowboy chords at first position were reasonably loud. Overall, for a Gypsy or DiMeola style it could be useful probably much less so for trad jazz or intricate chord work.
