Hello! Just an install on a upgraded steering wheel with some different specs than the usual leather and carbon fiber pattern! Also got some paddles that were sponsored to me by @carbonbitsllc! These are very cool and add way more style points to your interior jk lol, but they do feel nicer than the OEM wheel by adding more grooves and more ergonomic holding positions for any driver. Great job not damaging your Spiral Cable. I was not so lucky with mine. Actually broke it. Ran it to Lexus. They were able to Warranty it out for me ($1200). Put the steering wheel on for me as well!

Yooo thank you so much! I know for my model headlights (LED high beam/low beam) you can’t change the bulb. It has to be a whole headlight assembly replacement

Hey, did you have an issues running spacers? I just threw on some 20mm front and 25mm rear on my RC. Wondering if you had any rocks shoot up into your paint or anything. And had to re-tighten every so often?

I didn’t have any issues running them, also no rocks hitting my paint from it either. When I first used spacers I used loctite thread locker but now I just go with the flow lol. It’s safe to check it and retighten here and there. You can also put memory marks (straight line with sharpie) on the studs and nuts 🔩 to see if there’s movement after xxx miles

Hey Kenny, does your car come with telescope steering wheel? My old gen 2GS had that. And I kinda miss that feature on my 3is f sport haha just wondering to one tweaker to another. I would like to pick your brains to see if it’s Mod able 🤷🏽‍♂️ would be nice to have more clearance getting in the car and out

Hey, I know i'm kinda late to the party but I just bought a 2016 Lexus GS 350 F-Sport 2 and I was wondering if the process to change the steering wheel was the same. Both steering wheels on the IS and GS look identical but when I went on the website where you got yours (sick build by the way) it only had "for lexus IS" in the description, so before I actually go and do the purchase I just wanted to make sure.

Hey, I recently installed a steering wheel, however whenever I drive it is tilted to the right. Any suggestion on how to fix it?

the after market wheels always tilt left or right due to the gear they put on it not being same as OEM. You will have to get an alignment and let them know you want your steering wheel straight to fix it

For the shift nob, could it be upgraded so something like yours or something similar on a auto trans 2IS from 08? I was looking them up on Etsy but all of them say manual, thanks

Yes it just twists off, just make sure to get one with the right thread pitch. Some shift knobs come with multiple thread adaptors. I believe it’s 12x1.25 thread pitch.

yeah its either left or right from center, if you go to an alignment shop then can realign it to be center

Still like how i got it out the box, of course alcantara/suede will degrade faster than leather from oils on hands but haven't experienced any issues yet.

I agree it is tough! For that money I’d do invidious midpipe and remark axle back, I have an exhaust video on my channel showing my setup and my friends (one I recommended)
