I ordered an extra main pivot set straight with the bike for €10,-. But didnt need it, no play here. I checked all bearings a few weeks ago during maintanace and all are good. After Trek and GT the FM936 is my third full suspension frame and this is the only one without first year issues and swapping bearings every year. I'm on an Size L. No issues with 165x42.5!

Heck yeah, that's great news. I'm very happy to hear you're not getting any bearing play or issues with the 42.5. Hopefully that €10 is like insurance you don't need!

How much do you weigh? How do you think the bike would hold up to a Clydesdale… I’m currently 260 hoping to get down to 220-240

I’m a string bean, 155lbs soaking wet. Tbh im not sure with as big a guy as you are. I’ve got a really good buddy who’s around your size and he’s cracked several name brand hard tail frames. I’d be a bit nervous as this is xc oriented and not necessarily a super robust frame. There’s a good chance I’m wrong, but that’s my feel for it. Thanks for the comment. Hope it helps.

Can this frame handle bigger fork, 130 or even 140?

I ran mine at 130 for a season but prefer it at 120. It got very slack and wandered more than I wanted at 130. Can it support it? Sure. But your ride characteristics might be different than what the frame was intended for.
