His damage is fine, his engages just kind of suck. Q is easily missed/disrupted, W is just average, E is unreliable and his Wrath is lacklustre.

Valorous brand talent will melt d.va and artanis after you hit them with 3 combos. 7.5 percent health for extra damage is a huge deal late game.

I don't get the 'blame Activision' thing that's going around the past year or so. Do people not realize that Activision Blizzard was merged back in 2008? SC2, HotS, Diablo III, Overwatch, Hearthstone and almost the entire history of WoW are Activision Blizzard products. You don't have to like all of them or their development but it's kinda hard to blame everything wrong with those titles on Activision when Activision has been a part of them from the very beginning.
