The point is that high carb food is typically very high calories - so dependence of carbs typically pushes you towards caloric surplus

@@themuhammadshk yep they do. Muscles need about 15 calories/ kg per day for their maintenance. Fat cells need about 2-3

@@FittrjcI have - you don’t seem to have a clue. Calories are not a measure of food in any meaningful way from a nutritional perspective. Calories are measured in a closed system called a bomb-calorimeter which gives you a rough indication on the calorific value in any food. Humans are an open ended system! The entire premise of your videos are faulty & incorrect
