In 100 cc motorcycles VM Carburetors are used. In this crab slide directly attached to accelerator cable. In 150 cc and above motorcycles CV (costant Velocity) Carburetors are used. Rubber diafarm use for slide. In 2 stroke motorcycles fuel deliver with some amount of 2T oil. Thats why in 2 stroke motorcycles slide works loaner than 4 stroke motorcycles.

2T oil was mixed with petrol in 2 stroke engines which lubricate slide of the carburator.So due to lubrication slide survives more time

Modern carburetors are mostly CV carburetors (like unicorn, pulsar, suzuki gixxer, karizma etc) Slide works according to the vacuum created by engine and hence it moves several times even when throttle is held steady (sometimes movement will be more and sometimes less depending on vacuum), because of this reason CV carburetor slides wears more when compared to older model. Old model are of 2 types flat slide and round slide wherein both slides are controlled directly by throttle cable (splendor, yamaha rx 100, suzuki samurai, glamour etc...)

CV carburetor is used here. Here movement of slide is automatically controlled by engine vacuum as per demand, so the frequency of sliding is many times more (I can assume that there is constant sliding of the slide , length of sliding may vary).Hence more wear and tear than VM carburetor assuming the quality of petrol is same in both cases. Please correct me if I am wrong, it will help.

Old two stroke bikes and fearless scooters have same type of carburettor. The slide is directly connected to accelerator cable.

2 stroke carburettor me slide isliye kharab nahi hota hai kyonki petrol ke saath saath 2t oil bhi hota hai jisme me accha lubrication bhi ho jata hai and petrol ke lead and sulphur se 4 stroke carburettor corrode ho jata hai par 2 stroke me 2t oil corrode hone se bachata hai.

I had asked you one doubt in one of ur carburetor's video regarding unicorn carburetor flow circuit and slide function. You said you will make separate video and u made it now but u didn't explain the major things coz video will become lengthy. Please explain about diaphragm and the internal fuel flow circuit and choke cable if possible . thank you in advance sir 👍

2T oil is mixed with petrol in two stroke engine. So, this helps in better lubrication so the slider run longer then four stroke engine slider because there is only petrol put in the tank not any 2T oil.

Guru Ji ... there is rubber o ring and a small washer on the tip of the air fuel screw , which is not present while you disassembly not even you mentioned , those two parts a the most vital part for proper air fuel mixture and better milage ...

Carburetors used in hunk/Xtreme and honda unicorn are Not exactly the same. Only the design is same. The carb insulator end of these carbs are different. Hunk/Xtreme has larger diameter at the insulator end
