Carburetor Synchronization, 1976 Ducati 860GTS

My son and I made a carburetor adjustment on his Ducati Bevel Twins 860GTS.

1st big bike I rode was a 1976 860 GTS, same colour as this one. Took me a while to learn how to kick start it- technique rather than sheer force.

Thank you for your comment. This GTS was also made in 1976 and had a starter motor, but I removed it and replaced the side cover with a model without a starter motor, so it only uses kick start. As you say, kicking requires some skill.

@@classicmotorcycleriding3101 ah yes, now I recall it had a starter motor but it never worked to kick over the engine- the battery presumably wasn’t powerful enough
