The 4-series is a rival to the A5, so it's a bit pointless to compare it to the A3. The A3 is more of a rival to the new upcoming 2-Series convertible instead.

How does the A3 cabriolet compete with the 4 series convertible? The A3 competes with the 1 (and 2) series while the 4 series competes with the Audi A5.

The summer in the UK are nice and warm not scorchingly hot so very suitable for driving with the roof down. The weather is temperate most of the year so not too hot or too cold. Yes it rains a lot but on days when it is not raining you can enjoy roof down motoring.

She forgot to tell you that this car will be made in MEXICO, NOT Germany. The IT department is run by a contracting company in India, the car it self will be made in Mexico. Which makes this car less than 20% German made.
