I moved from my hometown of Regina Sk. To Vancouver BC. To go to the Carcass, Death, & Pestilence show scheduled for Sept 9th (i think?)@ New York Theatre in Vanc. !! Anyway, they ended up cancelling due to border issues..... Heartbroken to say the least. Still haven't acheived closure for that missed chance to see Carcass live.

It's my second favorite. Necroticism is just too much of a masterpiece to not be the favorite. In fact, Necroticism is probably THE favorite album for me in general, despite how much I dislike to single out just one band/album/genre, etc.

The "Necroticism" album is among my top three favorite metal recordings of all time. I finally had to get a physical copy again since the entire record is not available to purchase as a download anymore. More Carcass songs are gradually becoming unavailable to stream on KZbin, but hopefully that will be corrected eventually. I am glad all of Heartwork has remained completely available, everything else should be that way again.

DAMN, i remember this 1 of my 1st "earache" tapes downtown toronto from "record peddler" i also got bolt thrower, morbid angel & another 2 bands. Those tapes were like 20-25$ before tax back then. The owner of record peddler LAUGHED at me saying i was some STUUUUpid kid, it hurt, i was soooo into the "new" heavier then metal scene. death, speed, black...etc Carcass always had fantastic melodies & what ever............i'am not a music expert BUT i knew what i heard then was GOLD !
