MAJOR props to the owner for sharing his/her beauty with us car geeks. Love it! The Z06 is America's supercar...until the Zora/ZR1 joins the party. This thing slays cars 2-8 times its price and doesn't break a sweat. I hope GM finally got the kinks out of it now as early models did have quality issues.

I was happy enough with how far the Vette had come by the time the C6 and C7 were produced but they really leapt forward with the C8 so much so that I don’t take it for a Ferrari but that a few times current Ferraris and McClarens have passed by me and I’ve had to look twice to notice that they weren’t Corvettes.

I just talked to the owner of a 3LZ HTC Z07 which stickered for $172,795. With ADM and tax, his car was close to the $200K mark. These cars for the select few in life who have the disposal income to afford such luxuries. Not for the common man.

Very few people could afford the amount it would take to insure this monster. I remember when I was 20 years old. I financed a brand new 2006 ZX10R Super Sport bike. And my monthly payments was $98 dollars a month. My insurance for the bike alone cost $450 a month. That's 5K a year in premiums! I can't imagine how much this ZO6 would cost in Insurance premiums for a 20 year old person. Maby thats why we always see an old geezer driving one.

Insurance cost on a Vette is not what you'd think. My Grand Sport Vette convertible is 12 years newer than my Toyota 4 Runner Limited and is less than $90 more expensive every 6 months. My 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Limited is $250 MORE every 6 months than my Vette.

Hi, this Corvette c8 zo6 is an extremely beautiful and aggressive car with a 5.5 lt6 flat plane crank v8 dual-clutch transmission with 570 hp 460 lb-ft torque this is a huge amount of power however the sound is perfect I saw in this review when you increased acceleration you both were looking happy I imagined how much power will be in this car I liked the interior and exterior a lot of nice stitching everywhere through the overall cabin ultimately everybody would like this trim but a person who has family 3 or 4 people in his family why a person will be buying this car even person will like this car corvette should've provided minimum four seats including chauffeur what do you think I just expressed my opinion thanks

An exciting review of the Z06 at speeds never to exceed 60 mph and mostly under 50. In the real world the base Stingray is by far the better choice, offering 90% of the performance (and capabilities beyond 90%+ of buyers outside of trackers) especially at the real world price differential of $100k.

The z06 is a better choice in the real world if you're able to get one. Not sure why the stingray is a better choice the z06 can hit 60 faster, looks better, sounds better and has better top end. Like literally the only way a stingray is better is if you can't spend the extra money or you don't want to wait for a z06 allocation.

@@theguy1224 In the real world how many times do you do 0-60 and enoy that .3 sec advantage. Top end is 100% irrelevant, looks are very subjective and most people don't even notice the difference. Sound is also subjective with some liking the rumble of the 6.2 V8. If that's worth $100k to you, go for it. It wasn't to me because other than bragging rights, what do you get? The Stingray is a much better daily driver than the Z06 which is where 95% of your driving is done.

How many C8 owners have anywhere near the driving skills to take advantage of the increased handling of Z51 and exactly where on public roads are they going to use those skills. My 2023 HTC has capabilities I can't even imagine using.
