Card game called May I

My family plays nine rounds pursuing varying combinations of 3-card sets and 4-card runs, from six cards dealt up to 14 in hand at deal, however the last hand has special rules, you must "lay down" two sets and two runs, and discard your entire hand in one turn, this special rule for the final hand can completely upset the final score so of course it's a fun hand. May I draw has a two-card penalty.
