Nice trick as long as those people who chose the Seven cards do not communicate with each other in the case of a duplicate.

This is a great trick, but once in a while, you will come across an audience who's confused with what card they flipped to and will remain standing. How do you get out of that situation?

Hey my man. I have an audition to be a magician and I need a quick 2 minute trick I can do with the audience. You got anything in mind
@tempestshadow51527 ай бұрын
If you have to ask someone else on youtube for a simple trick for an audition, then whatever job that is, you really don’t deserve to have it since you’re clearly underqualified. Apply as a computer engineer, but know nothing about computers while you’re at it.

@@tempestshadow5152 I understand your perspective, but seeking advice and learning from others is a valuable part of growth and improvement. Everyone starts somewhere, and it's okay to ask for help. Let's focus on supporting each other's journeys rather than tearing each other down

I like that..I must admit if some clever Charlie glances through the deck and does notice I'd be totaly thrown..so I guess, as you say, a lot is in the assertiveness of the directions given from the stage..but I'm not a magician, just a musician, and I have met the occasional heckler who delights in being a smart arse..how would you deal with that? I know you must have met them..and I'm certain you'd know what to do..but what would you do?
@MindBlownMagicIllusion2 жыл бұрын
My style isn’t that serious. So if that happened I’d laugh it off and remind them that magic isn’t real. Then I’d move on the the next trick.

@@MindBlownMagicIllusion you see that's where I reckon your experience and confidence comes in..I've allways thought the hardest performance type of art that I have such admiration for is a standup comedian..when the hecklers start on you then it really would sort the men from the boys..I've dealt with it as a musician and over the years almost relish the odd smart arse..I'd imagine being a magician is similar to being a comic.? I'm from the UK so we use a lot of dry humour..and very often turn it around on the heckler..or just make the situation humorous..I sense youd be quick witted and maybe go for a laf and then into another trick?..hope you didnt mind me asking..its just that I find your artform fascinates me and I really think it takes a lot of guts when you are up there on your own..much like a comic..I work with a group and in a rock band we can use lights and loud amps to overpower..but a guy on his own, with just himself to rely on..well I'm impressed by anyone who can do that . By the way your tutorials are seriously excellent and beautifully paced..even I can follow it ..so cheers from a fan in the UK !

Thank you for the compliment. I think performing comedy is the toughest when dealing with hecklers. As a magician I can laugh it off and make them look silly when I point out that I don’t actually have real magic. In a comedy show, that would ruin the vibe.
