Cardamom Bundt cake / Cardamom tea cake / Tea time cake recipe / Easy cake recipes

All purpose flour- 1 cup (120g)
Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Eggs - 3
Sugar - 3/4 cup (175g) measured and powdered
Oil - 1/2 cup (118ml)
Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
Cardamom powder- 1 teaspoon
Milk - 3 tablespoons
Baking pan- greased Bundt pan
Baking temperature- preheated oven at 180•c
Baking time - 30 to 35 minutes

This recipe is a keeper. Moist and just the right amount of sweetness. Put some cardamom sugar glaze on top and decorated with strawberries and blueberries. Was a hit with the crowd. Thanks : )
